NEMOS` Belt Test Bench

The NEMOS Belt Test Bench is capable of high test frequencies (>200,000 double bendings per day) and complex load characteristics. Cyclic reversing motions with a change of torque direction in every load cycle are possible, therefore alternating tooth flank loadings can be tested. Furthermore, it provides the option of testing two belts simultaneously at identical conditions for direct comparison. Meanwhile, online-monitoiring of loads by force sensors ensures high quality results.

NEMOS offers individual test services including the hardware preparation, the adjustment of specific load characterisics and the execution and documentation of the experiments.
